ABOUT Hamlin Pier
The office building of Hamlin Pier is a Seattle Landmark of the 1925 location of Queen City Yacht Club. Brought in from West Seattle by barge to an already prepared pilling foundation with a 12-foot walkway surrounding it with log floats adjacent. The pier has become a sanctuary for houseboats and boat storage alike. Nestled in Seattle’s Lake Union with westward facing views with the Space Needle just south and perpendicular to Gas Works park across the waterway. Hamlin Pier right off of East Hamlin Street and Fairview Ave.
